RCC Explorer

nCounter RCC data analysis without uploading your study.

Connect a local folder, review nCounter RCC quality control, examine background and normalization, and export a traceable analysis bundle. Original counts and labels stay unchanged.

Private beta. Requires a verified organisational email and desktop Chrome or Edge.

A reviewable workflow

From raw file to documented decision.

  1. Load

Read direct-child RCC and cartridge ZIP files from your chosen folder.

  2. Inspect

Review imaging, binding density, positive-control linearity and detection.

  3. Compare

Examine background and normalization methods without replacing raw counts.

  4. Export

Download tables, settings and an analysis bundle for downstream work.

Designed for scrutiny

The software advises. It does not decide.

Raw means raw

Imported labels, repeated identifiers and raw counts remain visible. Derived transformations stay separate.

QC has context

Flags identify values that deserve attention. They never silently remove a sample from your analysis.

Methods stay visible

Normalization settings, cohort choices and references travel with the exported analysis bundle.

Scope and limitations

RCC Explorer supports exploratory research use. It is not a diagnostic device, a replacement for study-specific statistical review, or an nSolver equivalent. Folder access depends on browser support, and the researcher remains responsible for backups, study design and interpretation.
